Diploma or Degree students in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, E-Commerce, or related fields

- Familiar with Google Sheets, Canva, and basic office tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions accurately
- Positive attitude, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to handle both operational and business-related tasks
- Interest in retail, e-commerce, gifting, or Malaysian culture is an added advantage
- Support daily retail and e-commerce operations including packing, order fulfillment, stock handling, and quality checking
- Assist in preparing products for retail stores, events, and customer deliveries
- Maintain organized inventory, packing materials, and workspace
- Assist with cold emailing, corporate sales outreach, and customer follow-ups
- Research potential clients, partnership opportunities, and corporate gifting leads
- Support sales campaigns, quotations, and customer communications
- Assist in TikTok Live sessions, livestream operations, events, and pop-up booths when required
- Support ad-hoc operational and coordination tasks assigned by the team
- Real hands-on experience in retail & e-commerce operations
