About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, resourceful and people-oriented individual to join our employment solutions team. This role sits at the heart of our programme delivery, you will be the person who sources talent, builds relationships with host employers, takes care of participants throughout the programme, and keeps the operations running smoothly.You will work across multiple programmes simultaneously.
This is not a desk-only role. You will be calling candidates, meeting employers, assisting in preparing decks & presenting to companies, issuing letters and solving problems on the ground. Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment- Source and screen candidates through multiple platforms against programme eligibility criteria
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate suitability and motivation
- Assist in managing the applicant pipeline from registration to selection; track, follow up and maintain records
- Identify, approach and engage potential host companies for placements
- Assist in preparing pitch decks and presenting to companies to secure placements
- Assist in building long-term employer relationships for repeat engagement
- Act as primary point of contact for participants from onboarding to post-programme monitoring
- Monitor attendance, performance and wellbeing during training and placement; flag and support at-risk participants
- Facilitate communication between participants, training providers and host companies
- Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, placement letters and completion certificates
- Maintain participant records and assist with monthly reporting to programme owners
- Manage programme logistics: schedules, venue bookings, communications and coordination
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Communications or any related field
- 1–3 years of working experience in recruitment, HR operations, programme coordination, business development or a client-facing operational role
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in recruitment, events or programme management will also be considered
- Experience in graduate employability programmes, government-funded programmes (e.g. PROTÉGÉ, K-Youth, SL1M) or youth development initiatives is a strong advantage
