Job Role: Customer Service Executive
Language: Mandarin(Taiwan Market)
Work Location: Sunway visio Tower, Cheras

Working Hour: 7am-4pm, Mon-Sun (5 days rotational)

Remuneration Package:

Basic Salary : RM3600/month
Language Allowance : RM 500/month
KPI incentive : RM500/month

Joining Date: 16 June 2025

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Possess at least Diploma and above, in any field.
  • SPM graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in call center customer service is highly preferred.
  • Omni channel : Live Chat, Outbound call, email
  • However, candidates without relevant experience and but with strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Position Overview: As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for the customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Your role will involve responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels, resolving issues and providing accurate information, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
