About the Role

We are seeking a driven and client-focused Account Manager / Sales Executive to manage key accounts and drive new business growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a strong interest in technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Sell a comprehensive suite of IT solutions including hardware, software, networking, security, and managed services
  • Build strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver tailored solutions to clients
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients
  • Support tender processes including RFPs, RFIs, and ITQs
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and provide input on pricing and go-to-market strategies
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing expectations and resolving issues effectively
  • Forecast sales performance and track key account metrics
  • Work closely with pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure successful project delivery
Key Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Business, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in a sales or account management role (preferably within IT or technology solutions)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive, “hunter” mindset
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Team player with a collaborative approach
