Assist in daily accounting tasks, including data entry and filing of financial documents.

Support the bookkeeping process by accurately recording financial transactions.
Help prepare financial reports and statements under the supervision of senior accountants.
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
Communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia with internal teams and potentially external stakeholders.
Assist in daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, updating ledgers, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Perform data entry for invoices, receipts, and other financial documents with a high degree of accuracy.
Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions by processing invoices, preparing payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
Assist with bank reconciliations by comparing bank statements with company records and identifying any discrepancies.
Help in the preparation of financial reports and statements under the guidance of senior accounting staff.
Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for all financial documents, both physical and digital.
Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed, including answering phones and responding to emails.
