- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Malaysian tax regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, UBS) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Manage daily accounting operations, including invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities when required
- Prepare and submit SST, tax filings, and other regulatory reports on time
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records
- Assist in internal control procedures and process improvements
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting for decision-making
- Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary payments (if applicable)
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
