about the job
As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging requirements and transforming a company's IT ecosystem, and oversee implementation to provide technical insight on throughout the project cycle. You will also be accountable for setting proper structures for process improvement, and connect with C-suite stakeholders regionally.Due to the nature of the projects, having prior experience in ERP implementation would be an added advantage.
job requirements- At least 5 years of experience
- Prior exposure in ERP implementation
- Knowledge or certification in ServiceNow
- Agile or SCRUM methodologies preferred
- Bachelors in Computer Science, or relevant degree
