[ref. b25440002] Senior Manager - Data Centre, Business Continuity & Contract Management

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager to oversee the operations of our Data Centre, lead Business Continuity Planning (BCP) efforts, and manage key vendor and service contracts. This role ensures our infrastructure remains secure, resilient, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Centre Management

• Lead the operations, maintenance, and enhancement of data centre facilities.
• Ensure high availability, security, scalability, and efficiency of data centre services.
• Oversee infrastructure upgrades and capacity planning.
• Monitor systems performance and resolve issues proactively.

1. Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR)

• Develop, implement, and test Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans across the organization.
• Conduct periodic risk assessments, gap analysis, and business impact analyses (BIA).
• Organize BCP/DR drills and maintain compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Serve as the point of contact during business disruption events.

1. Contract & Vendor Management

• Oversee all contracts related to IT infrastructure, including data centre services, telco providers, and hardware/software vendors.
• Negotiate, review, and renew service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual terms.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and KPIs.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CBCP, or ISO 22301 are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT operations, data centre management, or infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in business continuity planning and contract/vendor management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of data centre operations, systems infrastructure, and cloud environments.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in BCP and IT governance.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
