This leadership role involves orchestrating significant technological advancements within the organization. The Head of Technology Transformation will be crucial in aligning efforts across various departments, including data management, the central transformation team, and wider business units, to ensure smooth and effective change adoption throughout the transformation journey.

key responsibilities

• Manage internal stakeholders to define requirements, assess potential vendors, and choose the optimal solution.
• Supervise relationships with external consultants, vendors, and system integrators, guaranteeing successful project delivery within established scope, budget, and timelines.

• Lead a diverse project team, comprising IT professionals, business analysts, and consultants, to ensure the successful execution of the tech transformation.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure team alignment with strategic goals and the successful completion of deliverables.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT leadership roles, and digital transformation
• Demonstrated experience managing the process and selecting vendors, coupled with strong knowledge of enterprise applications, and integration strategies.

• Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
