about the job- Calendar & Communication Management: Coordinate the CEO’s schedule, meetings, travel, and handle communications on their behalf.
- Document & Presentation Preparation: Draft, edit, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Travel & Expense Coordination: Plan domestic/international travel, create itineraries, and manage expense claims.
- Meeting & Event Support: Organise board and executive meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
- Confidential & Strategic Support: Handle sensitive information and assist with strategic research, reports, and briefings.
- Office & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external parties; maintain records and support departmental collaboration.
- Key Skills: Strong organisation, discretion, multitasking ability, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office.
