Sales Manager – Horeca Division

Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the HoReCa sector, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.

Strong existing network within the HoReCa industry is highly preferred.

Ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Goal-oriented and highly motivated by targets and results.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

Able to travel locally and possess own transport.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in the HoReCa segment (hotels, restaurants, caterers).
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet individual and team KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, chefs, F&B managers, and purchasing teams.
• Identify new business opportunities, including penetrating untapped markets and expanding customer base.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any client issues.
• Provide regular sales forecasting and reporting to top management.
