Your role encompasses three primary focus areas: Candidate management- Identifying and attracting top-tier candidates aligned with client hiring requirements
- Utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies—including job portals, crafting job advertisements, leveraging internal databases, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and headhunting techniques
- Proactively developing and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to efficiently match candidates with open roles
- Coordinating candidate interviews, ensuring they’re well-prepared, and maintaining consistent communication and feedback throughout the process
- Proactively uncovering new business leads by monitoring market trends and industry shifts
- Engaging potential and existing clients through multiple outreach channels such as email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships through regular, value-driven interactions
- Gaining a deep understanding of each client’s recruitment challenges and goals
- Offering strategic guidance on talent trends, market salary benchmarks, and candidate availability
- Delivering consistently high service standards to your portfolio of clients
- Exceed revenue targets and meeting individual KPIs in a fast moving, competitive sales environment
What you'll need to succeed (Sales experience preferred): :
