Customer Service (Online Sales)

Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field.
  • Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking is required to communicate with customers.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with messaging platforms (WhatsApp, chat systems, email).
  • Customer service experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons or festive periods.
  • Responsible, responsive, and able to handle customer issues calmly and professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, WhatsApp, email, and phone within the expected response time.
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries received during off-hours or public holidays when required.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and product issues professionally while ensuring timely resolution.
  • Submit a daily sales update of the previous day’s performance in the designated WhatsApp group.
  • Coordinate with the operations, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor daily orders including payment verification, packing accuracy, and dispatch timing.
  • Proactively update customers regarding delivery status, delays, or product substitutions where necessary.
  • Process refunds, exchanges, or replacements in accordance with company policies and approval procedures.
  • Record customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions in the system or CRM.
  • Provide clear product information including durian varieties, ripeness levels, pricing, promotions, and storage advice.
  • Conduct post-order follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify service issues.
  • Support festive periods and promotional campaigns by managing higher inquiry volumes and special order requests.
  • Track recurring service issues and report them to management for service improvement.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and customer-first tone in all communications.
