Customer Service Advisor/Customer Service Associate
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries live-chat and email communication. The role involves providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate should be able to communicate clearly, respond promptly, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Requirements
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia (not necessary) and Mandarin (read, write, and speak)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally
Capable of responding to customer inquiries via email/live chats in a timely and accurate manner
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet KPIs
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays (if required)
