Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call centre, or administrative roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Liaise with banks, customers, and internal departments on necessary documentation or follow-ups
• Assist in daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Provide product/service information, resolve complaints, and follow up on customer requests
• Ensure timely follow-ups with both clients and banks on application status or pending matters
• Coordinate and support internal teams with any customer-related inquiries or issues
