Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC products or solutions
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Perform selection, costing & detail quotations based on project specification related HVAC product.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
- Assist in customizing products to meet client requirements
- Work with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback
- Coordinate order processing & delivery logistic to meet customer expectation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customer and ensure customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
