What You’ll Do & Learn:
- Monitor & Maintain Operations – Oversee retail facilities and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Incident Handling – Report, document, and escalate incidents following SOPs.
- Zabbix Deployment – Get practical experience in installing and configuring system monitoring tools.
- System Compliance – Learn how to work within professional SOPs and organizational policies.
- Daily & Weekly Maintenance – Manage operation logs and conduct generator set inspections.
- Ad Hoc IT Support – Support additional technical tasks as assigned by supervisors.
