Call Operations – Advisor
Job Summary
We are looking for a customer‑focused Call Operations Advisor to deliver best‑in‑class service by resolving customer enquiries accurately, efficiently, and professionally. This role involves handling inbound interactions and working closely with internal teams to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
Job Requirements- 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
- Good knowledge of healthcare and medical insurance products
- Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- High sense of responsibility, integrity, and trustworthiness
- Minimum qualification: High School graduate
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and live chat, delivering professional and timely customer service
- Address members’ enquiries accurately while maintaining service quality standards
- Provide appropriate recommendations to meet customers’ needs and expectations
- Escalate enquiries when required, in accordance with internal guidelines
- Liaise internally with HK Customer Service, Policy Administration, and Claims teams
- Interact directly with customers to resolve issues effectively
- Cantonese: Proficient (majority of calls are Cantonese‑speaking customers)
