Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification is required.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to assist a diverse customer base.
  • Strong customer support skills, demonstrating empathy and a positive attitude in all interactions.
  • Proven ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively, providing accurate and helpful solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Solid typing speed and accuracy for efficient handling of live chat support and email correspondence.
  • Comfortable providing live chat support, managing multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
  • Ability to work full-time and on-site at our Persimpangan Bertingkat Jalan Meru, Bandar Bukit Raja, 41050 Kapar, Selangor, Malaysia location.
  • Entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates with a keen interest in customer service.
  • Willing to work shift (8am to 4pm, 4pm to 12am)
  • Can work during Public holiday & weekend (rotate to rest)
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and social media platforms, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, technical issues, and general support questions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system, maintaining detailed records for future reference and analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and logistics, to resolve complex customer issues and escalate problems when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify and escalate recurring customer issues or feedback to management, contributing to continuous improvement of products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service standards and data privacy.
