About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting our software products and assisting clients with technical issues related to accounting, payroll, and POS systems
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide online technical support to customer via email, phone, WhatsApp.
- Set up and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment for customer and internal staff.
- Support the IT team with daily tasks and projects
- Provide first-level technical support for SQL accounting, payroll, and POS software
- Assist in software installation, configuration, and updates
- Troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians
- Maintain accurate support logs and documentation
- Support internal IT tasks such as hardware setup and network maintenance
- Practical experience supporting business-critical software
- Exposure to SQL-based systems and real-world troubleshooting
- Mentorship from experienced IT professionals

- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
