Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Assist with user account management, including creating, modifying, and disabling accounts in Active Directory and other systems.
- Document all support requests, solutions, and procedures in the IT ticketing system.
- Perform routine IT maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patch management, and system backups.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or relevant vendors when necessary.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up their workstations and providing basic IT orientation.
- Adhere to company IT policies and security best practices.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify trends and suggest improvements to IT services and infrastructure.

- Assist in the setup and configuration of new employee workstations and equipment.
- Monitor IT systems and network performance, identifying and reporting potential problems.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as directed by the IT manager.
