Senior HR Executive/Assistant HR Manager

Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 3–5 years of HR experience with hands-on payroll processing in Malaysia
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, HRDF, and other statutory regulations
  • Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Payroll Management
  • Manage and process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, PCB/LHDN, HRDF contributions, and other relevant regulations
  • Calculate and process allowances, overtime, commissions, bonuses, and leave entitlements
  • Prepare payroll reconciliations and management reports
  • Handle payroll-related queries and escalations from employees
HR Operations
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts, documentation, and exit clearance
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Support work pass applications and renewals for expatriates (if applicable)
  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and other local labor laws
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs
Employee Relations & Advisory
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, payroll, and benefits
  • Support disciplinary processes and documentation as required
Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare HR and payroll reports for management
  • Support audits and statutory reporting requirements
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with PDPA Malaysia
