Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 3–5 years of HR experience with hands-on payroll processing in Malaysia
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, HRDF, and other statutory regulations
- Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Manage and process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, PCB/LHDN, HRDF contributions, and other relevant regulations
- Calculate and process allowances, overtime, commissions, bonuses, and leave entitlements
- Prepare payroll reconciliations and management reports
- Handle payroll-related queries and escalations from employees
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts, documentation, and exit clearance
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Support work pass applications and renewals for expatriates (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and other local labor laws
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, payroll, and benefits
- Support disciplinary processes and documentation as required
- Prepare HR and payroll reports for management
- Support audits and statutory reporting requirements
