Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the COO
  • Assist in tracking and executing key business initiatives and projects
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis using Excel and other tools
  • Coordinate with internal teams, brokers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor timelines and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Support insurance operations, including:
  • New policy applications and onboarding
  • Policy servicing, endorsements, and renewals
  • Claims process coordination and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting for management review
  • Identify gaps in processes and proactively suggest improvements
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in insurance operations, administration, or similar role
  • Familiarity with insurance applications, onboarding, policy servicing, and claims processes
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting, basic analysis)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly responsible, responsive, and proactive with strong initiative
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
