Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the COO
- Assist in tracking and executing key business initiatives and projects
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis using Excel and other tools
- Coordinate with internal teams, brokers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor timelines and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion
- Support insurance operations, including:
- New policy applications and onboarding
- Policy servicing, endorsements, and renewals
- Claims process coordination and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting for management review
- Identify gaps in processes and proactively suggest improvements
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance operations, administration, or similar role
- Familiarity with insurance applications, onboarding, policy servicing, and claims processes
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting, basic analysis)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly responsible, responsive, and proactive with strong initiative
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
