HIRING: RESTAURANT MANAGER- NU Sentral, Kuala Lumpur
salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000

Rasa Habibi is a growing dining brand located in NU Sentral, offering a unique mix of Malaysian, Arabian, and Western cuisine. Built on the concept “Something for Everyone”, we focus on delivering quality food, fast service, and a welcoming experience for both local and international customers.
We are currently strengthening our operations and looking for a capable, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the outlet.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for full restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, strong team performance, and consistent achievement of sales targets. This role requires leadership, discipline, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Service
Oversee daily operations from opening to closing
Ensure efficient service flow (target: under 10 minutes waiting time)
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP complianceEnsure food quality, consistency, and presentation
Team ManagementLead, train, and supervise service and kitchen coordination
Conduct daily briefings and monitor staff performance
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and proper grooming
Manage staff scheduling and manpower planning
Sales & PerformanceDrive daily sales
Execute promotions, upselling, and in-store strategies
Monitor daily reports and identify improvement areas
Customer Experience
Ensure proper customer engagement: Greeting upon arrival

Handle complaints professionally and efficiently
Inventory & ReportingMonitor stock levels and minimize wastage
Manage ordering and supplier coordination
Submit daily operational and performance reports
Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years experience in restaurant/F&B management
Strong leadership and team management skillsGood communication (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Hands-on, responsible, and result-oriented
