- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, analyze business data, and optimize adjustments.
- Manage the staff team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, to enhance team cohesion and service standards.
- Maintain the restaurant’s hygiene, food safety, and ensure the proper operation of equipment in compliance with industry standards.
