What you'll do: As a Full Stack Technical Lead, you will be entrusted with steering the technical vision for multiple software projects from inception through delivery. Your day-to-day activities will involve architecting scalable solutions using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SQL Server, and cloud services such as Azure.You will collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into actionable plans while guiding your team through each phase of development.
- Guide the design, development, and deployment of .NET applications, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
- Architect software solutions that align with business requirements, industry best practices, and design patterns.
- Promote code quality through code reviews, adherence to SOLID principles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on Microsoft technologies and trends in DevOps and cloud computing (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to developers, supporting their growth with feedback and shared learning.
- Plan and manage sprints using Agile/Scrum, ensuring task delegation, progress monitoring, and timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and other stakeholders for seamless integration throughout the SDLC.
While not mandatory, familiarity with Angular for frontend development will enhance your ability to deliver holistic solutions.
- Extensive experience in developing enterprise applications with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API frameworks.
- Proficient in designing and optimizing SQL Server databases and queries using Entity Framework.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies like Angular is beneficial for full-stack development roles.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, along with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes, is highly desirable.
- Practical knowledge of DevOps processes, including CI/CD implementation via Azure DevOps or Git, enhances suitability for the role.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for efficiently resolving complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while consistently meeting project deadlines.
