Retail Sales Executive

Salary: RM4,000 – RM6,000 + Commission

• Manage sales functions to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
• Be the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional service and seamless order processing for our valued clients.
• Proactively scout, develop, and strategically launch new and emerging business opportunities and product lines.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, monitoring competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches to inform our sales strategies.
• Plan and execute impactful sales promotional activities, including trade fairs and exhibitions, to maximize brand visibility and exposure.
• Continuously identify and propose improvements based on industry trends, market activities, and competitor insights.
• Ensure seamless communication and high-quality execution by effectively liaising with internal departments and external partners.

Job Requirement:

• Min 2 years of B2C sales experience (bathroom, kitchen, cabinets, tiles, lighting or any home interior-related products.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-driven focus.
