Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a supply chain-related role (F&B industry experience is an advantage)
  • Proficient in ERP systems (specific systems not required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English is an advantage
  • Proven experience in managing 3rd party logistics providers and inventory
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach to managing supply chain challenges

  1. Inventory Management
  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing costs and stockouts.
  • Coordinate and conduct inventory audits; resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Generate inventory reports to support performance analysis.
  1. Procurement & Vendor Management
  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and contractual compliance.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts in line with company policy.
  • Conduct regular cost and supplier performance reviews.
  • Coordinate food sampling/tasting sessions and ensure products meet quality assurance requirements.
  • Manage supplier onboarding and purchase order issuance via ERP system.
  • Maintain accurate supplier and product master data in the ERP system.
  1. Logistics & Distribution
  • Manage 3rd party logistics providers to ensure accurate and timely store deliveries.
  • Coordinate incoming shipments and import licences.
  • Resolve delivery challenges and implement service improvements.
  • Oversee annual inventory counts with logistics providers to ensure accuracy.
  1. Demand & Supply Planning
  • Analyse historical data, market trends, and sales forecasts to develop accurate demand forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to plan replenishment needs.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
  1. Continuous Improvement
  • Identify and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall supply chain performance.
  • Track and assess the sustainability of implemented improvements.
  1. Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies.
  • Maintain complete and accurate import/export documentation for traceability and compliance.
