FP&A Manager / Assistant Manager

Overview

The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights that improve decision-making and overall financial performance.

• Lead and manage the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with company goals.
• Prepare and deliver regular financial reports, variance analyses, and business performance reviews to management.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with operational and functional teams to understand business drivers, improve financial outcomes, and support strategic initiatives.
• Develop, refine, and maintain financial models, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support strategic projects, including scenario planning, investment analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvements in financial planning, reporting, and data management to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent are an advantage).
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in FP/&A, management reporting, or related finance roles (experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred for Manager level).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
