Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field

At least 3 years of experience in customs declarations within a bonded warehouse
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact at all levels
Good organizational and people management skills
Maintain and oversee customs SOPs and ensure compliance by stock card coordinators
Validate and counter-check documents (Custom Lot Number, HAWB, inbound documents, value, date, time, CDS number, inventory quantity)
Ensure accurate uploading of Custom Stock Card details into the Intel Portal System
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system uploads
Ensure compliance with processes and documentation for inventory accuracy and integrity
Implement corrective and preventive actions for identified issues
Ensure timely submission of reports to internal and external stakeholders
Plan and allocate daily resources for smooth operations
Liaise with Reporting Manager on performance tracking and planning
