- 3–5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the semiconductor industry

- Familiar with data analytics tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI)
- Knowledge of factory simulation software

- Optimize semiconductor manufacturing operations to improve capacity, productivity, and cost efficiency
- Analyze existing production workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
- Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Design and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes
- Work with PLC systems, robotics, conveyors, and machine automation
- Develop efficient plant layouts and production line configurations
- Optimize material flow, workstation design, and facility utilization
- Conduct time studies and work measurement analysis
- Monitor key production metrics (e.g., cycle time, throughput, WIP)
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and automation system issues
