- Able to read and write in English
- 3–5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Strong knowledge of process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen, HYSYS, CHEMCAD, or similar)
- Familiar with Excel/VBA, MATLAB, Python, SPC, SCADA, and related tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline
- Develop and implement new or improved production processes, from prototype to full-scale manufacturing
- Analyze existing workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity
- Identify and resolve issues within production systems to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare, review, and maintain process documentation, standards, and safety guidelines
- Analyze data to identify problems and develop effective solutions
