Business Strategy & Growth- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and market expansion
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions
- Lead and manage the business development team to achieve sales targets
- Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance and sales pipeline
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Lead negotiations for major deals, contracts, and collaborations
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Monitor industry developments and identify emerging opportunities
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management
- Contribute to the development of new services, products, or market initiatives
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams
- Align business development strategies with company goals
- Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and industry activities
