  • Strong knowledge of IT and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  1. Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to expand market presence.
  2. Identify and engage high-value clients, managing relationships at senior decision-maker levels.
  3. Lead, mentor, and manage the BD and sales team to achieve targets.
  4. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements with clients.
  5. Actively participate in sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and closing deals.
  6. Conduct market research, identify trends, and provide insights to guide strategic decisions.
  7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars.
  8. Report on sales performance, pipeline, and KPIs to senior management.
