CRM Marketing Specialist

We’re seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist to join our digital growth team at TDG. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to execute targeted campaigns using messaging and CRM platforms, automate customer journeys, and optimize marketing processes through data and logic-based workflows.
You will play a key role in managing communications across the customer lifecycle using tools like SleekFlow, Manychat, and other Martech platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize messaging and email campaigns through platforms such as SleekFlow, Manychat, Mailchimp or other similars platforms
- Develop audience segmentation, automation flows, and CRM triggers across multiple funnel stages
- Ensure CRM data is structured, up-to-date, and ready for campaign use
- Build reporting dashboards and extract insights to improve conversion rates and engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, and sales teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Maintain platform integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational accuracy across systems
- Recommend and implement improvements based on data analysis and campaign performance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or campaign execution roles
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Basic Understanding with platforms such as SleekFlow, Manychat, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or others
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), form integrations, and data connectors (e.g., Zapier, Make)
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for basic data manipulation and reporting
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with chatbot and logic-based messaging workflows
- Understanding of funnel strategy and lead nurturing
- Exposure to B2B marketing or performance-focused environments
