Marketing Campaign Specialist

You’ll be working closely with a dynamic team to bring campaigns to life — from planning to execution — while learning how real marketing operations run behind the scenes.

• Support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and contests
• Assist in developing campaign mechanics, timelines & T&Cs
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, customer service, fulfilment) to ensure smooth execution
• Manage campaign tracking, participant data & reporting sheets
• Support winner selection, validation & prize fulfilment processes
• Handle customer enquiries and ensure a smooth participant experience
• Assist in preparing campaign reports, insights & post-campaign analysis
• Identify issues during execution and support improvements in workflow/process

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
• Fresh graduates or up to 3 years of experience
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Comfortable handling data (Google Sheets / Excel)
• Good communication skills (English required; BM/Chinese is a plus)
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
