- Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
- Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
- Knowledge in design posting for E-Commerce Post ads is an added advantage (Canva, Designing Apps)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively
- Social media savvy
- Assist in the execution of online sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's online presence.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, and email marketing, to drive traffic and generate leads for the online platform.
- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on the online platform to ensure accuracy and optimize for search engines.
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to the sales manager to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, and phone to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the online printing and publishing industry.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery, maintaining accurate inventory levels and addressing any logistical challenges.
