Business Development Executive

Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in property/land or related industry
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of English (written & spoken)
- Able to engage with multiple stakeholders and authorities
- Own transport and willing to travel
- Based in Campbell Complex, Kuala Lumpur
- Support identification and evaluation of property/land development opportunities
- Conduct basic market research and feasibility analysis
- Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to support project execution
- Track project progress and ensure timelines are met
- Liaise with vendors, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities
- Assist with submissions, documentation, and compliance matters
- Provide admin support including meeting minutes and follow-ups
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
