Job Title: Business Development Executive (Coffee Vending Machines)
Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience to grow our coffee vending machine business across Malaysia.
You will be responsible for closing deals, expanding market presence, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (offices, commercial buildings, factories, etc.)
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upselling
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns and lead generation
- Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries professionally
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- ? Basic salary + high commission (up to RM900 per machine)

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales / business development (required)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and highly target-oriented
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Willing to travel within Malaysia
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
