  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Support the sales team by preparing loan documentation, post product ADs, handling customers
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing as required.
  • Submission of finance loan documents, JPJ registration & related jobs
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy and presentable, maintaining a professional atmosphere for staff and clients.
  • Assist in the day-to-day office management, ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment, including managing supplies, equipment, and general office upkeep.
