HR and Office Administrator

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support daily HR and admin operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and compliance in all HR and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:-- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle matters
- Handle attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
- Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
- Support employee relations, disciplinary matters, and HR advisory
- Coordinate training, performance management, and staff development programs
- Organize employee engagement activities, team building, and company events
- Oversee office administration, procurement, and general office operations
- Manage company licenses and compliance documents (e.g., DBKL License, insurance, etc.)
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure smooth daily office functionality and supplies management
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and payroll processes preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- Good communication and multitasking ability
