Your Role:
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in the entire recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use various platforms to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and participate in interviews, providing a great candidate experience.
- Onboarding Support: Help new hires integrate smoothly into the company.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
