- To increase e-commerce traffic: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Paid Advertising, Collaborative Promotion, Continuous Optimization and Monitoring.
- Attention to Detail and Patience: Ability to handle orders, customer inquiries, and issues with patience and attention to detail to ensure accurate orders and high customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis Skills: Basic data analysis skills, ability to analyze sales data, understand market trends, and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly respond to emergencies, properly handle order issues, and resolve customer complaints.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, complete tasks efficiently, and ensure quality and productivity.
- Learning Ability: Openness to new technologies and methods, ability to learn quickly, and adapt to the fast-changing nature of the e-commerce industry.
- Numerical Sensitivity: Sensitivity to numbers, ability to quickly understand and process various types of data to improve e-commerce operations efficiency.
- Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service orientation, ability to provide timely and professional service to customers, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Management: Responsible for product listing, updating product information, descriptions, and prices, as well as managing product inventory.
- Order Processing: Handling orders, including order confirmation, tracking shipments, and resolving order-related issues.
- Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries and concerns, processing returns and exchanges, and providing after-sales support.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing sales data to formulate sales strategies and optimize sales performance.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participating in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, implementing promotional activities, and increasing online store visibility and sales.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, replenishing stock in a timely manner, and preventing stockouts or overstock situations.
- Platform Operations: Managing e-commerce platform accounts, maintaining store image, and enhancing store reputation.
- Other Daily Tasks: Handling customer complaints, coordinating logistics and delivery arrangements, and managing other routine administrative tasks.
