Customer Service Manager (Mandarin Speaker) - Kajang

Must be able to communicate and writing in Mandarin

• Attend to customers’ (salespersons, dealers, suppliers, end-customers) enquiries
• Accomplish department and organization mission and objective by completing related results as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Interact with customers via phone and Communication skill with customers.
• Update daily listing for day to day operations according to given requirements.
• Served customers and arrange well for every individual appointment.
