What you will bring- Minimum SPM / Diploma (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Bachelor’s Degrees in Human Resources, Information Technology, Psychology, Engineering or related field will be an added advantage
- Interest in recruitment and HR field
- Good communication skills (spoken and written)
- Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, email)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities (screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Conduct initial resume screening and basic phone interviews
- Coordinate interview arrangements with key account managers
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Support recruitment projects and hiring campaigns
