IT Executive

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT executive, IT support, or systems administration role
• Comfortable using and learning AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace
• Good command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Malaysian citizen

A strong advantage if you have:

• Experience in the real estate or property investment sector

• Experience building simple internal tools or applications
• Develop, maintain, and improve the company’s internal apps, systems, and digital tools to support daily operations.
• Troubleshoot, fix, update, and enhance internal systems to ensure smooth performance, reliability, and minimal downtime.
• Work closely with management and team members to understand business needs and turn them into practical digital solutions.
• Maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, user access, network, and cloud systems such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Support, manage, and improve AI tools, automations, and related digital platforms used within the company.
• Assist in reviewing, maintaining, and improving any internal AI API integrations or custom-built digital solutions.
• Conduct regular training for staff on IT systems, AI tools, and other related digital solutions used within the company.
• Provide day-to-day IT support to ensure staff can use systems and tools effectively.
• Monitor relevant AI and technology trends, and share practical updates or recommendations with management.
• Maintain proper documentation for internal systems, workflows, tools, and user guides.
• Ensure basic cybersecurity practices and support proper handling of company and client data.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency through better systems, automation, and digital processes.
