Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Electronics Engineering.
- Must possess at least 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Past exposure in chair vending system is a plus.
- Reliable, efficient and professional at all times.
- Must have own transportation.
- Light travelling is required.
- Configuring and maintaining networked chair system, including hardware and applications.
- Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking and system issues when they arise.
- Enable faster and smarter business processes and develop analytics for meaningful insights.
- Work with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities and achievements.
- Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
- Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked chair system.
- Providing technical support when requested.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6.30pm)
