A reputable property development company with a strong track record of successful projects across Malaysia is currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive, Sales & Marketing. The successful candidate will support the development and execution of sales strategies, contribute to marketing initiatives, and assist in enhancing the company's market presence.
about the job- Track and analyse real estate market trends and marketing campaign performance to refine sales strategies and maximise conversion rates.
- Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns, including property launches, sales events, exhibitions, and roadshows to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Develop and present monthly marketing plans and provide weekly sales and marketing updates during internal meetings.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and external stakeholders, including advertising agencies, suppliers, solicitors, bankers, and relevant authorities to ensure seamless execution of all marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, Business Management, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, property market trends, and branding best practices.
- A minimum of 3 year's experience in a similar role, preferably in the property development industry.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
