Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR disciplines including compensation, employee relations, performance management, and employment laws is an advantage.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities and support workforce planning initiatives across the organization.
- Manage the full hiring process, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, and reference verification.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and create clear, effective job descriptions.
- Design and implement learning and organizational development initiatives, including training programs and proper maintenance of training records aligned with business goals.
- Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Manage employee relations matters, including handling conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary cases in a fair and consistent manner.
- Coordinate with relevant government bodies to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
