Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Native Korean (language of Korean is compulsory.)

• Need 1 year HR experience in working experience.
• Academic background in HR Management, HRIS, or similar courses is preferred.
• Strong ability to research, explore, and listen actively to resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Have experience in customer service support with basic knowledge of Human Resources.
• Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for employees, delivering support through phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries related to payroll, time off, leaves of absence, and employee benefits with accuracy, empathy, and confidentiality.
• Manage employee support cases efficiently using internal tools and systems.
• Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to resolve moderately complex and sensitive issues.
• Ensure all support and guidance align with company policies, procedures, and relevant compliance requirements.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation within the case management system.
